Each week guest hosts from the UK & Irelands leading LGBTQIA+ Youth Organisations join the show to relive favourite Heartstopper moments and bring the experiences of our favourite characters to life in the real world.
They explore the challenges that queer youth overcome and talk about the work that our partner organisations do to support young people across the UK & Ireland.
