This blog explores "socially unacceptable" feelings regarding self-harm recovery. Following an insightful session with one of my clients, they agreed for me to share their experience through this blog in the hopes to raise awareness of the challenges of working through maladaptive behaviours such as self-harm in therapy and to allow others experiencing similar concerns feel less alone.
